The Canmore Winter Carnival is coming to town! From February 1-10, we come together as a community during to celebrate the best parts of our unique winter lifestyle. Join us for two weeks of indoor and outdoor events and experiences: ice carving competitions, kids’ ice carving , the always entertaining pooch parade, Wo and the amazing Snowy Owl Kid N’ Mutt races.

The Grizzly Paw Brewery – Join the Grizzly Paw on February 2nd for a tour of the Brewery followed by a Beer & Cheese pairing. This experience is an elevated version of the regular Brewery tour where you will have a chance to discover unique cheeses paired specifically to bring out the flavours in a variety of our brews. The pairing takes place in an intimate setting within the Brewery – the cellar room, used for our barrel-aged series of beers.
Starting February 4th, the the IBU World Cup #7 is a great way to showcase the sport of biathlon to the whole family. There’s an individual race, a relay and a mass start – something to entice every type of skier!
