Lost Children and First Aid
Let your kids know where to go if you can’t find each other.

1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Main Street and 7 Ave at the First Aid Tent.
CENTENNIAL PARK – 7th Ave and 5th Street downtown Canmore
FREE Pancake Breakfast

Hosted by the Rotary Club of Canmore and Calgary Stampede.
Canada Day Fun Run
9 a.m.
Support the Canmore Nordic Ski Club. Choose between 3km, 5km and 10km races. Registration and info: here
Marching Bands Field Show
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
All marching bands perform at Centennial Park. Such a spectacle!
CIVIC CENTRE – 7th Ave and 9th Street downtown Canmore
Canada Day Mountain Made Market
9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Craft and artisan market. Local handmade art, crafts and food.

6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Canada Day Parade
12 noon
Parade begins at the corner of Fairholme Drive and 15th Street. Continues down Fairholme Drive, turns onto Main St. and finishes at the corner of Railway Avenue and Main Street.
New Parade Dry Zone – This year Fairholme Drive will be a dry zone on the parade route and will not have any water fights. The other sections of the parade will allow water fights.
MAIN STREET

Festivities are moving from Centennial Park to Main Street. Main
2:30 – 4:00 p.m. Depayses – French Canadian local band- Main Street
3:00 – 4:30 p.m. 1776 Dixieland Band – Main Street
3:00 – 4:30 p.m. Brad Bischoff – Main Street
Cake Cutting
2:30 p.m.
Cake Cutting on the corner of Main Street and 6th Avenue & Parade Float Winners Ribbon Awards.
MILLENNIUM PARK – Millennium Park is located on 1st Street and 5th Avenue in South Canmore.
Canada Day Fireworks
10:30 p.m.
Finish off the day with a bang! Only a short walk from Main Street.
CLOSURES Road closures will be in effect from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please plan accordingly. It is highly recommended that you walk, cycle, carpool or use ROAM transit to access downtown Canmore.
